"I can’t say enough good things about Jim, Rhonda, and the team. In today’s fast moving real estate market, Jim and his team were on top of every new house that popped up and were sure to have our best interests in mind. If we wanted information on a house, we got it. As a first-time homebuyer, you hear the horror stories of trying to navigate the process, but I can honestly say I never had to question anything while working with Jim. "Jim & Rhonda helped me purchase my first home in 2016 after many months of unfortunate luck with sellers and lots of labor on their behalf.Flash forward to 2022, I decided it was finally time to sell that home and move on. I reached out to Jim & Rhonda once again since my experience purchasing went so well, I couldn’t imagine my selling experience would be any different - I was right! As soon as I reached out, they were very responsive, took the time to explain everything to me and started the paperwork right away since I was ready to go. "Jim was very helpful through the whole process and was always available when we needed assistance or had questions. During the searching process, Jim took into account all of our wants for our new home and helped narrow our search down to only what we wanted. When it came time for negotiating, Jim took our opinions into account and helped us put in a fair offer that was accepted. During purchasing, Jim was very helpful with keeping the process moving and was always available to our bank so that our mortgage could get finalized quickly. Selling our house with Jim was also an excellent experience. Jim was knowledgeable about the market and helped us list our house at a price that made it very appealing. The pictures that Jim's wife Rhonda took of our home made it look better than ever which definitely helped bring in buyers. I highly recommend Jim in any house selling or buying process."
